Purchase Executive

Job Summary:
We are hiring a Purchase Executive to handle procurement for solar EPC and O&M projects. Responsibilities include vendor sourcing, price negotiation, purchase order management, and ensuring timely material delivery to project sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate vendors for solar, electrical, and civil materials.
• Negotiate prices and finalize purchase orders.
• Coordinate with project teams for procurement needs.
• Track deliveries, manage records, and maintain inventory.
• Liaise with accounts for invoice and payment processing.

Requirements:

• 6 Months to 2 years of experience in procurement, preferably in solar/infrastructure.
• Knowledge of GST, vendor management, and purchase systems.
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic ERP tools.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
