Executive - PurchaseAbility to read and basis of Auto CAD for designs and drawingsEnsure timely delivery with superior quality check of materialCatering to manufacturing & delivery timelinesUplifting and developing new / alternative and exisiting vendors along with periodical vendor assessmentNegotiating with VendorsCo-ordinate with team & Vendors once order is given regarding the procurement timeMaintain records of all purchases along with timelines in a master fileMaintaing quality with IQC and QA departmentCo-ordinate for replacement / repair of materials purchase (whether for in house consumption or purchase)Co-ordinate between logistic partner of international suppliers regarding the dispatch of the material.Raising and maintaining enquiry/quote on purchase files including the updating of the Purchase database.Developing close business relationships with suppliersTranslation and clarification of customer specifications, orders, documents etc. as required for the sales enquiry and order processingEnsuring all enquiries, quotations and orders are suitably processed in a timely manner ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.Check for the availability of material to be procured with local vendors (regular)Working closely with Manager Purchase ensuring all enquiries, quotations and orders are suitably processed in a timely manner ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.Excellent negotiations & metal knowledgeGood Communication - FriendlyTeam workExcellent knowledge of MS OfficeAbility to multitask and prioritize daily work under high pressure manufacturing areaMechanical Engineer
