Purchase executives are responsible for performing certain duties like evaluating vendors, negotiating contracts, preparing reports, track order and ensure timely delivery, review the quality of purchased products, enter order details into the internal database, maintain an updated record of purchased products, delivering information, and invoices, prepare a report on purchase-including cost analyses, monitor stock level and place order as needed, coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage, attend trade shows and exhibition to remain updated with the industry trend.
