Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Purchase Executive with 2–3 years of experience in sheet metal fabrication procurement. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing raw materials, components, and services required for production, while maintaining cost efficiency, quality standards, and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure raw materials such as MS, SS, Aluminium sheets, coils, fasteners, welding consumables, etc.
• Obtain and compare quotations, negotiate prices, delivery schedules, and payment terms with suppliers.
• Raise purchase orders (POs) and ensure timely delivery of materials to meet production schedules.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels in coordination with the store and production departments.
• Evaluate and manage vendor performance for quality, pricing, and delivery.
• Maintain procurement records and ensure documentation is accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Planning, Quality) to understand material requirements.
• Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 2–3 years of hands-on purchasing experience in a sheet metal fabrication or manufacturing environment.
• Good knowledge of fabrication materials and processes (laser cutting, bending, welding, powder coating, etc.).
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and BOMs (Bill of Materials).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP software (SAP, Tally, etc.).
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
