Job Summary:

Negotiate contracts and deals with sellers to promote maximum cost-savings in the sourcing and supply chain management system. Devise and execute procurement strategies that benefit the business in the best way.

Roles & Responsibilities:

 Oversee all spend activity and procurement requests for assigned category areas and determine proper action plan for all that meet the procurement involvement threshold (Strategically source, user purchase, contracting).

 Maintenance of approved vendor contact lists and approved, IT /Non IT Products and services lists.

 Negotiate medium to large contracts with suppliers in spend areas

 Track Delivery of the material and processing of bills/Payments.

 Plan, direct and manage procurement activities (including sourcing strategy, RFP/bid review, and supplier management.

 Negotiate contracts and deals with sellers and distributors during procurement and management .of goods and services.

 Boost cost savings by analyzing market trends and technologies that promote it.

 Document, log and report on procurement activities.

 Approve purchase orders and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
