Position Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented fresher to join our team as a Purchase Executive. The ideal candidate should have an electrical background and be computer savvy, with a keen interest in learning procurement processes and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day purchasing activities
• Identify potential vendors and obtain quotations
• Compare prices, specifications, and delivery timelines
• Follow up with suppliers on order status and timely delivery
• Maintain purchase records and documentation
• Coordinate with the store and accounts department for smooth operations
• Use computer applications like MS Excel, Word, and email for documentation and communication

Qualifications:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Freshers are welcome
• Basic knowledge of electrical components is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and internet usage
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a team
