  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end procurement activities for MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Civil) materials.
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors/suppliers to get competitive pricing and quality materials.
  • Issue purchase orders and follow up for timely delivery and dispatch status.
  • Coordinate with site engineers/project teams to understand material requirements and delivery schedules.
  • Maintain updated records of purchases, suppliers, and inventory.
  • Handle material inward and quality verification processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and standards.
  • Assist in cost control and vendor performance tracking.
  • Key Skills:
  • Knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Civil) materials.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Familiarity with local suppliers and market rates.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of ERP software.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
