Procurement & Purchase Executive in Commercial Kitchen Equipment fit-out 
Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing & Supplier Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and manage suppliers and vendors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers.
- Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
- Procurement Process:
- Receive and process purchase requests from various departments.
- Obtain and analyze quotations, bids and proposals.
- Negotiate price, terms and delivery schedules with suppliers.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure order confirmations.
- Cost & Budget Management:
- Monitor and control procurement budgets.
- Evaluate total cost of ownership and work towards cost reduction initiatives.
- Maintain cost-saving targets without compromising quality.
- Inventory Coordination:
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to avoid overstocking or stock outs.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services as per project / production requirements.
- Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor information.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and ethical standards.
- Handle import/export documentation if required.
- Reporting:
- Prepare procurement reports for management review.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as cost savings, supplier lead times, and procurement time line.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Knowledge of sourcing and procurement techniques.
- Proficient in MS Office and procurement software Zoho.
- Preferred Experience in commercial kitchen equipment.
