Job Description: Roles and Responsibilities

1. Procurement and Purchasing

  • Source suppliers
  • Supplier negotiation
  • Monitor supplier performance
  • Evaluate new suppliers

2. Order Placement and Management

  • Create purchase orders
  • Order tracking
  • Follow up with suppliers

3. Inventory Management

  • Stock rotation and shelf life management
  • Storage and organization

4. Material Issue

  • Documentation and record-keeping
  • Reporting and communication

5. Disposal of Unrequired Material

  • Dispose of obsolete or excess inventory

6. Security and Loss Prevention

  • Ensure materials are protected from theft or damage

7. Maintenance and Cleaning

  • Maintain organized and clean storage facilities

8. Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and implement process improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
