Purchase Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a Purchase Executive to oversee the end-to-end procurement process for our architectural and interior design projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for material sourcing, vendor coordination, cost optimization, and ensuring timely delivery of all project-related materials to maintain seamless project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage procurement of materials, finishes, furniture, and fittings as per approved project specifications.
• Source and evaluate vendors, obtain quotations, and negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Prepare and process purchase orders, ensuring timely dispatch and delivery to project sites.
• Maintain up-to-date records of purchase orders, vendor details, and inventory levels.
• Collaborate closely with design, project management, and site teams to align material availability with project timelines.
• Verify vendor invoices, coordinate with accounts for payment processing, and track payment status.
• Research and identify new vendors, products, and market trends to enhance procurement quality and efficiency.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, quality standards, and budgetary guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field (Diploma in Interior Design / Civil preferred).
• 2–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing within the architecture, interior, or construction industry.
• Sound knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishes.
• Strong negotiation, costing, and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of ERP or inventory systems preferred.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Location - Vasna bhayali Road, Vadodara

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
