Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the procurement of all project-related materials, finishes, and furniture as per approved specifications.
  • Obtain quotations, evaluate vendors, and negotiate terms for quality and cost efficiency.
  • Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to sites.
  • Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor details, and inventory levels.
  • Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure material requirements are met within project timelines.
  • Track and verify vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
  • Identify new vendors, materials, and market trends to enhance procurement efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field (Diploma in Interior Design / Civil preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the architecture, interior, or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishes.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Location - Vasna bhayali Road, Vadodara

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
