Key Responsibilities:
- Handle the procurement of all project-related materials, finishes, and furniture as per approved specifications.
- Obtain quotations, evaluate vendors, and negotiate terms for quality and cost efficiency.
- Prepare purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to sites.
- Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, vendor details, and inventory levels.
- Coordinate with design and site teams to ensure material requirements are met within project timelines.
- Track and verify vendor bills and coordinate with accounts for payment processing.
- Identify new vendors, materials, and market trends to enhance procurement efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or relevant field (Diploma in Interior Design / Civil preferred).
- 2–3 years of experience in purchasing or procurement within the architecture, interior, or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of interior materials, furniture, and finishes.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
