We’re seeking a Purchase Executive to join our growing operations team and manage procurement activities efficiently.

Role Overview:

As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing raw materials, managing vendor relationships, negotiating pricing, and ensuring timely delivery of materials required for production.
This role provides hands-on experience in supply chain and vendor management in a fast-growing eco-manufacturing company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and evaluate suppliers for materials and packaging.
• Obtain quotations, negotiate rates, and finalize purchase orders.
• Maintain vendor records and monitor material inventory levels.
• Coordinate with production, store, and finance departments for smooth workflow.
• Track order deliveries and follow up with suppliers for pending materials.
• Prepare purchase reports, compare costs, and support audits.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• 0–1 years of experience in purchase, procurement, or supply chain.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Attention to detail and time management abilities.
• Must be available for on-site work in Coimbatore.
