Role summary

  • Handle day‑to‑day procurement activities, including collecting requirements, obtaining quotes, preparing comparisons, and finalising vendors as per policy.​
  • Issue purchase orders, follow up on deliveries, and resolve discrepancies related to quantity, quality, or documentation.​

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate suppliers, obtain competitive quotations, and negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules.​
  • Prepare and process purchase orders, contracts, and amendments in line with company procedures and approval limits.​
  • Coordinate with stores, accounts, and user departments to plan requirements, track open POs, and ensure timely material availability.​
  • Maintain accurate records of suppliers, price lists, purchase history, and related documents for audits and reporting.​
  • Monitor market trends, lead times, and cost changes, and suggest alternatives or cost‑saving opportunities.​

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
