Purchase Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Purchase Executive to join our procurement team in the electronics components industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing electronic components, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and cost-effectiveness to support our production needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers of electronic components and assess their capabilities.
• Prepare and issue purchase orders for components, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and company standards.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers to optimize costs and supply chain efficiency.
• Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and develop new vendor partnerships to enhance the supply chain.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Resolve discrepancies and issues related to purchase orders, quality, and delivery with suppliers.
• Ensure adherence to procurement policies and procedures while maintaining accurate records and documentation.
• Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and market dynamics related to electronic components.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in purchasing within the electronics components industry.
• Strong understanding of electronic components, supply chain management, and market dynamics.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
