Purchase Executive

Job description

• Responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing packaging products, materials, and supplies for the company.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality packaging materials at competitive prices.
• Analyze market trends, pricing, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand packaging requirements and specifications.
• Evaluate supplier performance and conduct regular supplier audits to ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage inventory control processes to prevent stockouts and overstock situations.
• Stay updated on industry developments and innovations in packaging materials to drive continuous improvement and cost savings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement, specifically in sourcing packaging products.
• Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain supplier relationships.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in written & spoken English, and MS Office applications.
• Certification in procurement or supply chain management is a plus.

Work Location: A-413 Mondeal Heights, Sarkhej Gandhinagar Service Road Near Wide Angle Cinema Ramdevnagar, Satellite, Ahmedabad, Gujarat 380015

Work timings: 10 AM To 7 PM (Monday to Saturday) (1st and 3rd Saturdays are off)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
