Job Description – Senior Executive (Purchase)

Designation: Senior Executive – Purchase

Experience: 4–5 Years

Salary: ₹20,000

Location Preference: Local candidates only

Plant Location: New Swan MultiTech Ltd (Kohara Machiwara road)

Role Summary

Responsible for supplier follow-ups, ensuring timely material availability, price negotiation, cost savings, and supporting new vendor development for new parts.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily follow-up with suppliers for material delivery and order status.

- Ensure timely procurement of raw materials, consumables, and bought-out parts.

- Negotiate prices and contribute to cost-saving initiatives.

- Identify new vendors for new part development or alternate sourcing.

- Coordinate with production, stores, and quality for material requirements.

- Review purchase orders, delivery schedules, and vendor performance.

- Maintain purchase records and update ERP/Excel regularly.

- Resolve supplier issues and ensure compliance with company standards.

Required Skills

- Strong communication & follow-up skills.

- Good knowledge of vendor management and negotiation.

- Understanding of material planning & sourcing process.

- Basic knowledge of sheet metal / fabrication / manufacturing preferred.

- Strong in MS Excel and documentation.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
