Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Purchaser to join our Building Materials division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing building materials from suppliers and the local market while ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and timely availability of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase building materials from suppliers and the local market
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers
• Maintain strong relationships with vendors and manufacturers
• Ensure timely procurement to meet project and sales requirements
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with sales and warehouse teams
• Maintain accurate purchase records and documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of UAE experience as a Purchaser in the building materials industry (mandatory)
• Strong knowledge of local suppliers and market pricing
• Good negotiation and communication skills
• Must be fluent in English and Hindi
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple purchases

Location: Deira, Dubai
Salary: AED 3,000-3,500
