Purchase Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Purchase Executive to manage supplier communication and ensure timely procurement of quotations. The candidate will be responsible for obtaining quotes from suppliers listed on YellowPages-UAE.com and FYIND.com, evaluating pricing, and coordinating with the internal team to support project requirements. Experience in the construction industry is strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Review enquiries posted on YellowPages-UAE.com and FYIND.com and identify relevant suppliers.
• Contact suppliers via phone and email to request quotations for required products/materials.
• Follow up consistently to ensure timely receipt of quotations.
• Compare quotations based on pricing, quality, delivery schedules, and supplier reliability.
• Maintain a database of suppliers, quotations, and communication records.
• Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers when required.
• Coordinate with the internal team to understand material specifications and project needs.
• Prepare purchase comparison sheets and submit them to the management team for approval.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers in the construction sector.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 4–5 years of proven experience as a Purchase Executive, preferably within the construction industry.
• Strong understanding of construction materials, suppliers, and procurement processes.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple enquiries simultaneously.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and able to manage online supplier platforms.
• Strong attention to detail, with good organizational and follow-up skills.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of UAE supplier market.
• Experience coordinating with multiple suppliers for high-volume enquiries.
• Familiarity with procurement workflows and documentation.

Pay: AED4,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
