Purchase Executive

• Identify and evaluate suppliers for pumps, valves, membranes, instruments, and other water treatment components.
• Prepare and process purchase orders as per project requirements.
• Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with the stores and project teams.
• Ensure quality and timely procurement to meet project deadlines.
• Maintain purchase records and vendor database.
• Coordinate with accounts for payments and documentation.
