Designation: Purchase Manager

Experience: Minimum 3 Years

Location: Okhla Phase 3, Delhi

Language Requirement: Bengali (Mandatory)

Manage end-to-end procurement of medical, cosmetic, equipment, and office supplies for Berkowits clinics.

Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing, quality, and timely delivery.

Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and onboard new vendors as required.

Ensure uninterrupted supply of consumables across all clinics while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Prepare purchase orders, track deliveries, and coordinate with vendors for timely dispatch.

Monitor stock levels and forecast procurement needs to avoid shortages or overstocking.

Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.

Coordinate with clinic operations, finance, and warehouse teams for smooth procurement processes.

Maintain accurate purchase records, vendor databases, and MIS reports.

Handle cost optimization initiatives and contribute to procurement process improvements.

Proven experience as a Purchase Manager or similar role in healthcare, dermatology, cosmetology, or service industry preferred.

Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.

Knowledge of inventory control and procurement processes.

Good communication skills in Bengali (mandatory) and working knowledge of English/Hindi.

Proficient in MS Excel, ERP systems, and purchase documentation.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clinic requirements efficiently.

Graduate in any discipline (MBA / Diploma in Supply Chain or Purchase Management preferred).

Minimum 3 years of relevant purchase/procurement experience.
