Key Responsibilities

  • Procure raw materials, packaging, and consumables as per operational requirements
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to ensure best pricing and quality
  • Raise purchase orders and track deliveries as per timelines
  • Maintain vendor database and develop long-term supplier relationships
  • Monitor inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock
  • Coordinate with operations, store managers, and finance teams
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement procedures
  • Verify invoices and coordinate with accounts for timely payments
  • Maintain proper purchase records, MIS, and documentation
  • Handle emergency or urgent procurement requirements

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
  • Good understanding of procurement and inventory processes
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic ERP systems
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Cost-conscious and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Commerce preferred)
  • 1–3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing
  • Experience in QSR, hospitality, retail, or FMCG preferred

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
