Purchase Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our growing IT team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have 3–5 years of experience in IT procurement, preferably with strong exposure to the Bur Dubai IT market and experience dealing with dealers, distributors, and suppliers of various IT brands.

The candidate must possess excellent communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills with the ability to handle end-to-end procurement activities efficiently and cost-effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage procurement activities for IT hardware, software, networking products, and accessories.
• Coordinate with dealers and suppliers in Bur Dubai and across the UAE for quotations and product availability.
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve maximum cost efficiency.
• Prepare and process purchase orders and maintain procurement documentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors, distributors, and suppliers.
• Compare supplier quotations and evaluate pricing, quality, and delivery timelines.
• Ensure timely procurement and delivery of products to support business operations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments regarding purchasing requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, invoices, and vendor performance.
• Stay updated on market trends, new IT products, and supplier networks.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Purchase Executive in the IT industry.
• Strong knowledge of Bur Dubai IT market, suppliers, dealers, and distributors.
• Experience dealing with various IT brands and technology products.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes.
• Proficiency in MS Office and ERP/procurement software.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• UAE-Dubai experience is mandatory.
