Experience: 2–5 Years(Procurement/Purchase)

Qualification: Diploma / B.E. (Mechanical, Electrical or related field)

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 (Based on Experience)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Purchase Executive to handle procurement activities, vendor management, price negotiations, and ensure timely supply of materials to support smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, evaluate & finalize vendors/suppliers.
• Raise & process purchase orders.
• Negotiate prices, terms & contracts.
• Monitor inventory & coordinate with stores.
• Follow up with suppliers for on-time delivery.
• Maintain purchase records & supplier database.
• Coordinate with accounts for vendor payments.
• Conduct market research for competitive sourcing.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in MS Office & ERP.
• Strong negotiation & vendor management skills.
• Knowledge of procurement practices & market trends.
• Good communication & interpersonal abilities.
