Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Purchase Executive to manage vendor relationships, ensure timely procurement, and control costs at Babai Tiffins. The role demands coordination across departments to support daily operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and evaluate vendors for food ingredients and kitchen supplies.

- Issue and track purchase orders; follow up to ensure on-time delivery.

- Coordinate with kitchen and store teams for purchase planning.

- Ensure quality, hygiene, and compliance with FSSAI standards.

- Negotiate prices and monitor market trends for cost control.

- Maintain procurement records and generate reports.

- Resolve vendor issues and discrepancies in deliveries.

- Support inventory audits and stock reconciliations.

Requirements:

- 1-4 years in procurement (F&B preferred).

- Strong negotiation & communication skills in regional language.

- Proficient in MS Excel & ERP systems.

- Ability to manage multiple vendors and deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
