Position : Purchase Executive

Job Description:‐

• Ensuring appropriate procurement of direct, indirect materials and capital goods.
• Preparation of purchase order.
• Tracking of purchase orders & purchase contracts.
• Follow up with supplier for Delivery/Rejection/Shortage.
• Review inventories and order as required.
• Preparation of monthly delivery plan/schedule for procuring materials.
• Manage all procurement activities and ensure procurement sources provide good quality and cost Effective materials in time.
• Resolve supply, quality and invoicing issues with vendors.
• Develop alternative vendors for the existing items.
• Coordinating with Account department for bills.
• Mail Drafting and good communication compulsory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
