Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside cum Outside Purchase Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the entire procurement process, ensuring the timely, cost-effective, and quality acquisition of both specialized automation components and general manufacturing supplies. This is a critical role that directly supports our manufacturing operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Procurement Management: Execute purchase orders (POs) for a wide range of materials based on internal requirements.
- Technical Purchase: Procure specialized automation products, including PLCs, motors, gearboxes, sensors, safety devices, and electrical components, ensuring they meet technical specifications.
- General/MRO Purchase: Manage the purchase of Maintenance, Repair, and Operating (MRO) items and general materials required for the manufacturing plant.
- Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable suppliers and vendors. Conduct outside visits to supplier locations or markets as needed to negotiate deals and inspect materials.
- Negotiation & Cost Savings: Conduct rigorous price negotiations, secure competitive quotes, and implement strategies to achieve cost-effective procurement without compromising quality or delivery schedules.
- Logistics & Timeliness: Ensure the timely delivery of all procured items, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers to manage logistics and resolve any supply chain issues.
- Documentation & Compliance: Maintain accurate records of all purchases, contracts, and supplier information. Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies.
Candidate Profile & Requirements
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of proven experience in a Purchase/Procurement role, preferably within the factory automation, engineering, or manufacturing industry.
- Product Knowledge: Familiarity with industrial automation components (e.g., PLCs, drives, sensors, gearboxes) and general manufacturing MRO items is desirable.
- Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication (both verbal and written), and interpersonal skills. Must be proactive, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
- Mobility: Willingness to perform both inside (office-based) and outside (market/supplier visits) purchase activities.
- Education: A bachelor degree or diploma is preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
