Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchase Executive to join our dynamic team in the jewelry industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing procurement activities, sourcing materials, and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. This role requires expertise in ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS, along with a solid understanding of supply chain management, inventory control, and contract negotiation. The Purchase Executive will play a vital role in ensuring the timely acquisition of quality materials to support manufacturing operations and business growth.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end procurement processes including sourcing, purchasing, and contract management for jewelry manufacturing components.
- Utilize ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS to process purchase orders, track inventory levels, and coordinate supply chain activities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, vendors, and logistics providers to ensure reliable supply chain operations.
- Conduct supplier evaluations, negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels using MRP systems to ensure optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to forecast procurement needs based on production schedules.
- Oversee logistics and vendor management activities to streamline delivery schedules and reduce lead times.
- Ensure compliance with procurement policies, contractual obligations, and industry regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and supplier performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in procurement management within the jewelry or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP and Oracle EBS is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with supply chain management, inventory management, and logistics processes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable terms and contracts.
- Experience in sourcing strategies, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Ability to analyze market trends related to pricing and supply chain dynamics.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with suppliers, internal teams, and stakeholders.

Pay: $20,000.00 - $25,000.00 per month
