Purchase Executive – Kitchen Supplies

Heartfulness International School is inviting applications for an energetic and experienced Purchase Executive to handle kitchen-related purchases for our campus, which caters to daily food consumption of approximately 1500 students.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in procurement or kitchen-related purchases.

• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and inventory tracking skills.

• Knowledge of Zoho software is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end procurement for kitchen supplies.

• Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of quality goods.

• Maintain records, manage budgets, and ensure cost efficiency.

• Work closely with kitchen and administration teams to forecast and fulfill needs.
