Purchase Executive (Male)

We are seeking a skilled Purchase In-Charge to manage procurement activities for our textile production unit. The ideal candidate will handle sourcing, vendor management, and timely purchasing of raw materials to ensure smooth production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and purchase production materials
• Identify reliable suppliers and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Request quotations, compare prices, negotiate rates, and finalize purchase orders
• Track order status to ensure timely delivery of materials
• Coordinate with production, planning, and quality departments to understand material requirements
• Verify incoming materials for quality and specifications before approval
• Maintain accurate purchasing records and update Excel regularly
• Monitor stock levels and plan purchases to avoid shortages
• Evaluate suppliers based on quality, cost, and delivery performance
• Prepare purchase reports for management review

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of purchasing experience (textile industry preferred)
• Strong knowledge of textile materials, trims, and production requirements
• Good negotiation, communication, and analytical skills
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
