About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to handle procurement for solar projects. This role involves vendor coordination, pricing negotiation, material sourcing, and ensuring timely supply for ongoing project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure materials such as modules, inverters, cables, and other solar components.
• Identify and evaluate new and existing vendors for quality, pricing, and timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, vendor records, and inventory data.
• Coordinate closely with project and technical teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Create price comparison sheets and maintain purchase budgets.
• Track dispatch schedules and manage logistics coordination.

Skills Required

• Knowledge of solar components and market pricing trends.
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Proficiency in ERP or Purchase Management Software.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
• Ability to work with timelines and handle multiple tasks.
