Job Title: Purchase Executive - Textile Manufacturing

Job Summary:

We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced Purchase Executive to join our team in the textile manufacturing industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and procuring raw materials, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring timely delivery of goods. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the textile industry and experience in domestic procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Source and procure raw materials, such as cotton, polyester, and other fibers, from domestic suppliers.

- Negotiate prices, lead times, and payment terms with suppliers.

- Manage and maintain relationships with existing suppliers and identify new suppliers to ensure a stable supply chain.

- Ensure timely delivery of goods and resolve any supply chain disruptions.

- Collaborate with the production team to ensure that materials are procured in line with production schedules.

- Conduct quality checks on materials received from suppliers.

- Maintain accurate records of purchases, inventory levels, and supplier performance.

- Stay up-to-date with market trends and prices of raw materials.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Textiles, Commerce, or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in procurement or purchasing in the textile manufacturing industry.

- Strong understanding of the textile industry and domestic market.

- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
