Job Description
Duties & Responsibilities:

Maintain strong communication skills.

Establish and maintain cordial coordination with vendors, understanding and resolving their issues.

Procure orders and manage necessary follow-ups.

Resolve supplier issues related to purchase orders, inventory updates, order fulfillment, stock reconciliation, and invoices.

Coordinate effectively with the warehouse team, logistics team, training team, and other stakeholders.

Monitor dashboards and metrics to achieve desired outcomes.

Evaluate suppliers using various performance metrics, including on-time dispatch, product quality control, and on-time fulfillment.
Requirements & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree is required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce as a seller coordinator, procurement specialist, or in a related position is essential. Experience with platforms such as Flipkart, Amazon, Nykaa, or Ajio is preferred.

Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel), is required.
