Purchase Head || Lamination/Flexible Packaging Industry

Job Title: Purchase Head - Lamination Industry Location: Ghaziabad Industry: Flexible Packaging, Lamination, Printing Job Summary: The Lamination Head will oversee lamination operations including planning, machine operation, quality control, manpower handling, and productivity enhancement. Roles & Responsibilities: • Lead lamination department with solvent-based/solventless machines. • Plan and execute production schedules. • Monitor machine parameters, film quality, and adhesive usage. • Ensure output quality with minimal wastage. • Coordinate with QA for trials and compliance. • Troubleshoot lamination issues (wrinkles, bubbles, delamination, etc.). • Maintain machine logs, production records, and rejection reports. • Ensure maintenance coordination. • Monitor adhesive, films, inks, and consumables stock. • Train team members and supervise shifts. • Implement efficiency and cost-reduction projects. Desired Skills: • Strong knowledge of lamination processes. • Experience with Nordmeccanica / Pelican / Uflex-type machines. • Strong leadership, communication, and troubleshooting skills. Experience Required: 8–15 Years (Flexible Packaging / Laminates Industry) Qualification: Graduation / Diploma in Printing / Packaging Technology Salary: As per industry standards (Negotiable)
