Senior Manager - Product Regulatory Compliance

Drive regulatory excellence across South East Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand. As Senior Manager – Product Regulatory Compliance, you’ll ensure seamless, sustainable market access by leading PRC activities and collaborating closely with internal teams and external stakeholders.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead Product Regulatory Compliance (PRC) for South East Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand. This role ensures timely, sustainable market access by driving compliance strategies, monitoring regulations, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders. You will act as the regional PRC expert, guiding projects, reporting progress, and mitigating risks to keep our products compliant and competitive.
• Coordinate regional Product Regulatory Compliance (PRC) activities and serve as the primary contact for South East Asia, India, Australia, and New Zealand.
• Analyze PRC status and trends to identify compliance risks, improvement opportunities, and business potential.
• Implement effective measures by monitoring, evaluating, and influencing regulations; ensure compliant product design, labeling, and approvals.
• Manage PRC projects for new or updated regulations, defining roles and responsibilities across stakeholders.
• Report compliance progress and escalate risks to regional and global teams; maintain accurate documentation and communication.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING

• Completed university degree (Master’s) in a technical, scientific, law or regulation related field
• At least 10 years of international professional experience in the area of product regulatory compliance and , certifications in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Basic technical understanding and knowledge of product certification or regulation
• Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels and functions, paired with a solution oriented and lean working approach as well as business and strategy orientation
• Fluent in English and Hindi
