Purchase Intern

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Purchase Intern to join our procurement team. The role involves assisting in vendor coordination, order follow-ups, and maintaining purchase-related data.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting vendor quotations and coordinating basic purchase requirements.
• Support the team in preparing and maintaining purchase orders and related documents.
• Update and manage data in Excel and internal systems.
• Help track deliveries and follow up with vendors when required.
• Conduct basic market research and price comparisons.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluent in Hindi & English.
• Good Excel skills and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn procurement processes and grow in the supply chain domain.
