Purchase Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement process of goods and services. The role involves developing purchasing strategies, maintaining supplier relationships, negotiating contracts, ensuring cost-effectiveness, and managing timely delivery of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and select reliable vendors and suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost savings and favorable terms.
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Ensure purchased products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Maintain and update records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
• Collaborate with internal departments (production, finance, operations) to forecast demand and avoid shortages.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to delays, quality, or compliance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Prepare reports and updates for management on purchasing activities and cost analysis.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,588.57 - ₹68,018.62 per month
