Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers/vendors for best pricing and quality.
- Maintain strong vendor relationships and ensure timely supply of materials.
- Review purchase requisitions, prepare purchase orders, and monitor deliveries.
- Control inventory levels and reduce procurement costs without compromising quality.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Production, Accounts, Stores, etc.) for material requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor contracts.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and new trends.
Candidate Requirements:
- Gender: Male/Female
- Qualification: Minimum Graduate (Bachelor’s Degree)
- Age: 30 – 35 years
- Experience: Minimum 3-5+ years in procurement/purchase management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, and procurement software.
- Ability to handle multiple vendors and work under pressure.
