Entry Level Requirements: Education/Certificate/Age

● Graduate in Hotel Management /equivalent qualification

● 4-7years of overall experience.

● 1-3 years of experience as a Cluster Manager/ Zonal Manager/Area Manager.

● Age : 25 to 34 years

Entry Level Requirement: Skills/Or Experience

● Seasoned professional with 4+ years of work experience.

● As Zonal Manager/Area Coach/Pre-Opening, in depth Knowledge of Food and Beverage Operations.

● Result oriented /Multi unit handling /strong reporting

● Revenue Management/Commanding /Execution and Implementation of Sop’s.

Objective: The Cluster Manager leads the Operations of area and monitors the smooth execution of day-to-day business operations and takes corrective actions to meet brand standards.

Role Description:

● Overseeing operations, sales growth, and execution strategy planning for the cluster.

● Develop and optimize operations through different initiatives by collaborating with multiple stakeholders to achieve business goals.

● Visiting the Outlets on daily basis in the cluster and oversee the Operations, standards, Sop’s to be followed.

● Manage all commercial aspects and work on improving the profitability of all the Outlets.

● Manage a large team and build mechanisms for Daily/ Weekly / Monthly reviews and corrective action.

● Develop long-term sustainable solutions to improve customer experience by enhancing efficiency in outlet performance

● Achieve established commitments on cost, quality, compliance adherence, and on-time delivery.

● Executes pre-opening new product rollouts.

● Constant monitoring and reviewing the same with all direct reports and preparing the GAP analysis, guide them accordingly.

● Audits of food preparation areas /inventories, expiry stocks and Non-moving items& store audit.

● Retention of the employee, ensure attrition rate should be below the benchmark of the organisation.

● Gathering and collecting the data on day todays basis and compiling the report.

● Understands and clarifies pitfalls of MIS, P&L of the store and working towards improving it.

● Come Up with the appropriate strategies to resolve adverse trends and improve sales.

● Executive all the Promotional activities decided by the Management.

● Actions plans of the day to increase the sale to the management.

● To maintain the brand standards and ensure marketing strategies are implemented and evaluated.

● Monitoring the customer complaints, reviews closely and taking corrective actions.
