Key Responsibilities:Procurement Planning:
- Develop and implement procurement strategies for real estate and construction projects.
- Prepare and manage the annual purchase plan in line with project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to understand material specifications.
Vendor Management:
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard qualified vendors and suppliers.
- Maintain an updated vendor database and build long-term relationships.
- Conduct supplier performance evaluations periodically.
Purchase Operations:
- Source and procure materials such as cement, steel, bricks, tiles, electricals, plumbing, HVAC, interiors, etc.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and delivery timelines to ensure best value.
- Issue purchase orders and ensure timely deliveries to project sites.
Cost Control & Budgeting:
- Monitor and control purchase budgets for each project.
- Track cost variations and suggest cost-effective alternatives without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls and procurement standards.
Inventory Coordination:
- Work with stores and warehouse teams to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Avoid overstocking or material shortages that can delay project execution.
Documentation & Compliance:
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure all purchases comply with company policies, legal regulations, and safety standards.
Coordination & Reporting:
- Coordinate with project teams, finance, logistics, and suppliers for smooth procurement flow.
- Generate regular reports on procurement metrics, cost savings, and vendor performance.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
