Job Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee the end-to-end procurement process for our restaurant chain. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the F&B industry supply chain, and the ability to manage supplier relationships while optimizing cost and quality.

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage and execute the procurement process for all restaurant outlets.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best quality and pricing.
• Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies and cost-control initiatives.
• Oversee inventory levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and regularly evaluate vendor performance.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and ethical procurement standards.
• Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to align purchasing with business needs.
• Analyze and report purchasing data, cost trends, and performance metrics.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
• Train and supervise purchasing staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–6 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems.
• Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.
