Purchase Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet cost, quality, and delivery targets.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for electrical, plastic, and metal components used in LED manufacturing.
• Manage multiple SKUs and ensure uninterrupted material availability for production.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet technical and operational requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to contracts.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and drive process improvements.
• Stay updated on market trends and ensure compliance with company and statutory norms.

Experience Required:

• 3–7 years in procurement, preferably in electrical, plastic, metal, or LED manufacturing industries.
• Strong vendor management, negotiation, and multi-SKU handling experience.
• Educational Background: Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.
