Purchase Manager

Position: Purchase Manager – HVAC Industry
Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage procurement strategies for HVAC equipment and materials.
• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for competitive pricing and quality.
• Ensure timely procurement of HVAC and VRF systems and components as per project requirements.
• Monitor supplier performance and build long-term vendor relationships.
• Manage purchase orders, contracts, and vendor agreements.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Stay updated with market trends, pricing, and new products in the HVAC industry.
• Coordinate with project managers and engineers for accurate material planning and execution.
• Resolve supply chain challenges to avoid project delays.
• Prepare and maintain procurement reports and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3+ years of procurement experience (preferably in HVAC industry).
• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Good knowledge of HVAC and VRF systems/components.
• Experience working with ERP/procurement systems.
• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to travel when required.
