Purchase Manager

Job Title: Purchase Manager (Hospital)
Location: Rama Institute of Medical Sciences and Hospital, Mathura, Uttar Pradesh

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the hospital’s procurement operations for medical consumables, equipment, instruments, pharmacy items, and general supplies.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors and suppliers.

• Negotiate pricing, terms, contracts, and credit periods to ensure cost-efficient procurement.

• Maintain inventory levels in coordination with stores, pharmacy, and user departments.

• Ensure timely availability of all materials required for clinical and non-clinical operations.

• Analyze purchase trends, consumption patterns, and budgeting requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in procurement, with at least 3 years in a hospital or healthcare environment.
• Strong knowledge of medical consumables, surgical items, biomedical equipment, and hospital purchase workflows.
