We are looking for an experienced Purchase Manager to oversee and manage our spare laptop vendors and ensure smooth distribution of spare parts across all branches. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management skills, negotiation abilities, and experience in handling purchase operations in a tech or service-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate with spare laptop vendors.
  • Ensure timely procurement of quality spare parts at competitive prices.
  • Oversee branch-wise spare parts distribution.
  • Maintain purchase records, stock levels, and vendor performance.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline procurement processes.
  • Coordinate with branch managers and service teams for spare requirements.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in purchase or procurement, preferably in the electronics/service industry.
  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Good communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple branches and handle distribution effectively.
  • Basic understanding of laptop components and spare parts is an added advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
