Overview
We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services essential for our operations.
Duties
1) Record Keeping and Reporting
- Track daily customer purchase order & given to stock details for planning department including Raw Material
- Track monthly purchase status and perform inventory analysis.
- Maintain updated records daily, including pending order statuses.
- Prepare and manage the Management Information System (MIS) to support informed decision-making.
2) Procurement and Vendor Management
- Co-ordinate with Production Head to Analyse the Material Requirement on Daily basis .
- Develop and maintain effective communication with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure all purchases are made through Purchase Orders (P.O.) only and verbal orders not allowed.
- Material Handover to Concern Department On time
- Need to handle & Develop the Team members Efficiency
- Consumable & Self life item planning on monthly basis
3) Quality and Logistics Coordination
- Regularly follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery with test Certificate.
- Return defective materials immediately and provide feedback to suppliers for quality and logistics improvement.
- Coordinate with user departments to address feedback and enhance procurement processes.
Experience
- Proven experience in a purchasing or procurement role with 6 year of experience
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build effective supplier relationships
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Proficiency in using logistics systems for tracking shipments
- Experience with Oracle EBS or SAP would be an advantage
- Raw Material knowledge most Important
- Any degree with manufacturing sector Experience

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
