Job Title: Purchase Manager

Qualification: Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration (MBA or specialization in Supply Chain Management preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Purchase Manager to oversee the procurement of goods and services essential to our operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing high-quality materials, managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely delivery while maintaining cost-efficiency. This role requires close coordination with the Accounts and Finance departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify and evaluate potential suppliers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and terms with suppliers to obtain the best possible pricing and service.
  • Track and manage purchase orders, deliveries, and vendor invoices.
  • Maintain proper documentation and records for all purchases.
  • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with inventory and accounts teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards in procurement.
  • Resolve vendor-related issues and discrepancies.
  • Analyze market trends and apply insights to improve procurement decisions.
