Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage end-to-end procurement activities in line with organizational objectives.
  • Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery timelines.
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard reliable vendors/suppliers; maintain strong vendor relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing, contracts, payment terms, and delivery schedules to achieve best value.
  • Oversee preparation and approval of purchase orders (POs), contracts, and related documentation.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores/warehouse to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • Ensure timely procurement for government tenders, projects, and ongoing operations.
  • Coordinate with accounts, logistics, project, and site teams for smooth execution and material flow.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and applicable procurement regulations.
  • Control procurement budgets, analyze cost-saving opportunities, and manage purchase forecasting.
  • Review vendor performance regularly and take corrective actions where required.
  • Prepare MIS reports on procurement status, cost analysis, vendor performance, and savings achieved.
  • Mentor and guide the purchase team, including Assistant Purchase Manager and executives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
