Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Sourcing
- Source and purchase raw materials, food ingredients, beverages, packaging, and consumables.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and suppliers.
- Identify alternative suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.
Cost Control & Budgeting
- Monitor market trends and price fluctuations in food commodities.
- Ensure procurement within approved budgets.
- Achieve cost optimization without compromising quality.
- Prepare cost comparison sheets and purchase analysis reports.
Quality & Compliance
- Ensure all purchased items meet FSSAI and company quality standards.
- Coordinate with QA/QC teams for vendor approvals and audits.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.
Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination
- Coordinate with warehouse, kitchen, and operations teams for demand planning.
- Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
- Track stock movement and reduce wastage and expiry losses.
Documentation & Reporting
- Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track order fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor documentation.
- Prepare weekly/monthly purchase reports for management review.
Team & Process Management
- Lead and guide the procurement team (if applicable).
- Improve procurement processes and systems.
- Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and timely payments.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
