Key ResponsibilitiesProcurement & Sourcing

  • Source and purchase raw materials, food ingredients, beverages, packaging, and consumables.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with approved vendors and suppliers.
  • Identify alternative suppliers to ensure uninterrupted supply.
  • Negotiate pricing, payment terms, delivery schedules, and contracts.

Cost Control & Budgeting

  • Monitor market trends and price fluctuations in food commodities.
  • Ensure procurement within approved budgets.
  • Achieve cost optimization without compromising quality.
  • Prepare cost comparison sheets and purchase analysis reports.

Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure all purchased items meet FSSAI and company quality standards.
  • Coordinate with QA/QC teams for vendor approvals and audits.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and regulatory requirements.

Inventory & Supply Chain Coordination

  • Coordinate with warehouse, kitchen, and operations teams for demand planning.
  • Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid shortages or excess stock.
  • Track stock movement and reduce wastage and expiry losses.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track order fulfillment.
  • Maintain accurate procurement records and vendor documentation.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly purchase reports for management review.

Team & Process Management

  • Lead and guide the procurement team (if applicable).
  • Improve procurement processes and systems.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoice verification and timely payments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
