Purchase Manager

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Purchase Manager to oversee and manage all procurement activities of our hotel/group. The ideal candidate must have strong vendor management skills, excellent negotiation capability, and experience in hospitality purchases.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and finalize suppliers for materials and services
  • Ensure timely procurement of food, beverages, housekeeping items, and operational supplies
  • Conduct rate comparison and negotiate pricing with vendors
  • Maintain accurate purchase records, GRN, and stock register
  • Coordinate with all departments to understand material requirements
  • Monitor inventory levels and avoid shortages or excess purchase
  • Ensure cost control and budget compliance
  • Adhere to company purchasing policy and quality standards

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Commerce/Business/Hospitality advantage)
  • Minimum 2–4 years experience as Purchase Officer or Manager
  • Experience in hotels, resorts, or F&B industry preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication & vendor management skills
  • Knowledge of inventory systems, quotations, and purchase software
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
