Purchase Manager

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Purchase Manager to lead procurement operations in the Saudi Arabian nonferrous scrap market.

Market Focus: Saudi Arabia (Jeddah, Riyadh, Dammam)

Industry: Nonferrous Metals – Copper & Aluminum Scrap

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of proven experience in the nonferrous metal industry (Copper & Aluminum).

Strong hands-on exposure to the Saudi scrap market, specifically in Jeddah, Riyadh, and Dammam.

Age below 35 years.

In-depth knowledge of sourcing strategies, supplier negotiations, and scrap pricing trends.

Established and active supplier network within Saudi Arabia.

Willingness to travel extensively across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify, evaluate, and develop scrap suppliers across Saudi Arabia.

Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms with suppliers.

Monitor market trends, scrap price movements.

Coordinate logistics, shipments, and documentation processes.

Ensure quality standards and timely procurement of materials.

Only candidates with relevant Saudi market experience will be considered.
